These Terms govern access to the Awake Trading subscription service and related client area. This is a launch template and should be reviewed by a UK-qualified professional before public launch.

Service

Awake Trading provides subscription access to software-enabled trade-copying functionality that can replicate eligible trades from a master account to a customer-controlled trading account.

Subscription

The current subscription is £49.99 per month unless otherwise stated at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

No custody

Awake Trading does not take custody of customer trading funds.

Trading risk

Trading can result in substantial losses. Copy trading does not eliminate risk. No profit or return is guaranteed.

Availability

The service may be interrupted by broker outages, platform downtime, network issues, slippage, rejected orders or third-party failures.

Refunds

Unless required by law, subscription charges are not refundable once a billing period has begun.
